FormLL Ltd ("FormLL", "we", "us") is a specialist introduction and coordination service registered in England and Wales (Company No. XXXXXXXX). We are not a law firm, solicitors practice, or regulated legal services provider. We do not provide legal advice of any kind.
These Terms govern the introduction service we provide. You will enter into a separate agreement directly with the SRA-regulated solicitor we introduce you to (the "Solicitor"), who will provide the legal services required to produce your Certificate of Compliance.
By submitting payment, you confirm you have read and accepted these Terms in full.

The Solicitor acts independently of FormLL in carrying out the legal work. The Certificate of Compliance is produced by the Solicitor under their own terms of engagement and professional indemnity insurance.
All fees are inclusive of VAT. The following fees apply:

Additional fees that may apply:
No fees beyond those stated above are payable to FormLL. The Solicitor's engagement is covered within the fee you pay FormLL. Your transaction solicitor's own fees for your remortgage, sale or transfer are entirely separate.
Full payment is required at the time of booking. Payment is processed securely via Stripe. Your booking is confirmed upon receipt of cleared payment.
Your information will be provided to the Solicitor to enable them to contact you and carry out the service. This includes your name, contact details, property address, title number (if provided), and transaction type.
Standard service: We will introduce you to a Solicitor within 24 hours of payment. The Certificate of Compliance is typically issued within 3–5 working days of that introduction, subject to your availability for the video call and timely provision of required documents. This is a best-effort timeframe and is not guaranteed.
Fast Track service: We guarantee that a Solicitor will be available to conduct your video call and issue the Certificate of Compliance on the next working day following your booking, provided:
If the Fast Track guarantee cannot be met due to circumstances within our control, we will refund the £80 Fast Track uplift.
Working days means Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays in England and Wales.

If information you provide is inaccurate or incomplete and this causes delay or prevents the service from being delivered, FormLL accepts no liability for any resulting losses.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits either party's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
Subject to the above, FormLL's total liability to you in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the fee you paid to FormLL for the relevant service.

To request a refund, email hello@formll.co.uk within 7 days of payment with your booking reference.
You may cancel at any time by emailing hello@formll.co.uk or calling 0800 000 0000. Cancellation after an introduction has been made does not entitle you to a refund. If the Solicitor has not yet been introduced, a full refund will be issued.
Both parties shall comply with their obligations under the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. FormLL is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO Registration No. XXXXXXXX). Your personal data will be shared with the Solicitor solely to enable delivery of the service. Please refer to our Privacy Policy at formll.co.uk/privacy for full details.
FormLL shall comply with all applicable laws relating to anti-bribery and anti-corruption, including the Bribery Act 2010, and shall maintain appropriate policies and procedures to ensure compliance throughout the duration of these Terms.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and FormLL in respect of the Introduction Service. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed and the remainder shall continue in full force and effect.
No third party has any rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 in connection with these Terms.
Complaints about FormLL's Introduction Service: Email hello@formll.co.uk. We will acknowledge within 5 working days and provide a formal response within 21 days.
Complaints about the Solicitor's legal work: Raise directly with the Solicitor in writing. If unresolved, you may escalate to the Legal Ombudsman:
You cannot refer a complaint to the Legal Ombudsman until you have first raised a formal complaint with the Solicitor.
Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performing their obligations where such failure or delay results from any cause beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to power failure, internet service provider failure, civil unrest, natural disaster, acts of terrorism, pandemic, or governmental action.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
